Our March 2008 meeting took place on the 17th at T-Bones in the Econolodge. The meeting was called to order by President Ray Baker.
NOTICE CHANGE BELOW TO NORMAL MONTHLY MEETING PLACE AND DATE—NEXT MEETING-Monday, April 28th at 7:00PM at the Cloverdale ECONOLODGE (behind McDonalds)!—Please plan to attend!---At this meeting, we will just order off the menu and pay for our own meals.

>Dues-The dues are $52 per year again this year. You can pay $26 for the first half if you like, or you can go ahead and pay the full year’s dues. We have about one half of our members paid up. If you haven’t, please pay as soon as possible. The club has already paid your dues to the state and international organizations.
>Track Update-We have the booth reserved again for 2008. We will be working Pole Day(5/10), Indy Race Day(5/25), Brickyard Race Day(7/27), and MotoGP on 9/12, 9/13 and 9/14. We will need all the help we can get. The Fire Dept. has said they CAN NOT help us at the Moto GP. We will check with the Civic League. We need at least 3 people to go for training on Saturday, April 19. Todd can go, and Mike and Charlie are going to try. Please sign up if you can in case Mike or Charlie can’t go. ALSO, PLEASE BE READY TO SIGN UP AT THE APRIL MEETING AND ALSO HELP US FIND HELP FOR POLE DAY AND THE RACE.
>Park-We are working with the Civic League concerning their build out at the Park. The club has already approved a donation, but Todd has not talked to them yet.
>Law Camp- The club voted to send Simon Foxworthy to Law Camp this year.
>WP Woods- We were recently notified that we had donated enough to present another WP Woods. The past winners will serve as the nominating committee. That is made up of Larry Haltom, Mike Buis and Todd Lewis.
>Scholarship Committee- The club voted to present medallions this year instead of plaques. Ray and Todd have talked to the superintendent and gotten the approval for our winners to wear the medallions at their graduation. We believe this will be more special to the winners, get us more PR, and save us money. Ray will get them ordered. That would be a WIN WIN WIN.
